When I was a kid, we moved to Jersey. Dad became a BIG Eagles fan. I don't know if he loved the Eagles before we moved, but he sure loved them afterwards. My dad's recliner was green. When I was little, I didn't know the significance of the color. Every Sunday, he sat in that chair cheering and cursing the Eagles on TV. I wasn't really a fan, but I loved my dad and grew to love his world and names like Papale, Montgomery, Carmichael, and Vermeil. So did my mom. I once asked Roman Gabriel to write "To Mom" on his photo because I knew my mom had a crush on him.
