It all started back in the early 1970s (1971) when I was 11 years old. The Eagles held training camp at Albright College's Kelshner Field back then. The field was a few short blocks from our home. My dad was a big Eagles fan, so one summer day before Dad headed off to work, he asked my older brother Tom (a Steelers fan - boooo) to take me over to the Eagles' practice. From that day on, I was an Eagles fan for life. The Eagles training camp became the best part of my summer. I watched practice every day. I got autographs.
